Online Systems

From now on you will only have to logon once to access TENGRAPH® Online, Mineral Titles Online, Royalties Online or Petroleum eForms provided that you keep this window open. Once you have logged on to one of those systems, keep the window open to remain signed in. We think that this will save you time and make it easier for you to access our systems. Access to all of these systems is free, some will require you to register to obtain a system logon.

Airborne Geophysics Index (MAGIX)

MAGIX is a GIS-based register of airborne geophysical surveys reported to our department under the provisions of the Mining Act 1978.

Dangerous Goods Site Licence

A Dangerous Goods Site Licence is an online lodgement for the application for safe storage and handling of dangerous goods in Western Australia.

Data and Software Centre

This facility allows free download of geoscience map, mining and petroleum tenement and resource information in GIS, Google Earth, geo-located image (JPEG2000), and CSV file formats.

EARS Online

EARS Online is an easy to use system which allows the lodgment, submission and tracking of Mineral and Petroleum Environmental Applications

Geochemistry (GeoChem Extract)

Geochemistry is an integral part of GSWA mapping and mineralization programs, as well as forming the core of project-specific exercises, such as the 1994–2001 regional regolith geochemistry program.

Geochronology

GSWA geochronology information can be accessed using GeoVIEW.WA, an online interactive mapping system that allows data to be viewed and searched. Using GeoVIEW.WA, GSWA geochronology data can be examined together with other datasets, including Geoscience Australia geochronology data, geological maps, mineral exploration datasets, and more.

Interactive Geological Map (GeoVIEW.WA)

GeoVIEW.WA is an interactive (GIS-based) mapping system. You can construct your own geological map (your chosen area and scale) and incorporate other mineral and petroleum exploration datasets including mines and mineral deposits, petroleum wells, active leases, and much more...

Mine Workers Health Surveillance

The health surveillance system for mining employees has been prepared to assist employers, employees, medical practitioners and approved persons in understanding requirements for undertaking health assessments under the health surveillance system provisions of the Mines Safety and Inspection Regulations 1995 (WA).

Mineral Exploration Reports (WAMEX)

WAMEX provides access to non-confidential reports on mineral exploration (excluding oil and gas) in Western Australia.

Mineral Titles Online (MTO)

MTO provides details of mineral exploration and mining tenements in Western Australia. You can also order, pay for and receive tenement title searches online.

Mines and Mineral Deposits (MINEDEX)

MINEDEX is a database on Western Australian mines and minerals deposits, details include location, commodities, ownership and operators.

Mining Fatalities Database

The Western Australian mining fatalities database contains information on workplace fatalities recorded in Western Australian mines and the results of inquests relating to them.

Mining Incidents Reports

The incident reports database is used to record and retrieve information about incidents in the workplace, and provides a useful tool for identifying trends in reported incidents and assessing risk.

Petroleum and Geothermal Information (WAPIMS)

For access to petroleum related data, the Department of Mines and Petroleum has provided WAPIMS. WAPIMS provides access to non-confidential reports and data on petroleum exploration (oil and gas) and mineral drill holes in Western Australia.

Petroleum Geothermal Register (PGR)

PGR replaces the Petroleum Titles Information (EPR) system. PGR provides information relating to petroleum and geothermal licenses in Western Australia and Western Australian waters.

Royalties Online

Royalties online allows mineral and petroleum producers to prepare, lodge and view royalty returns and production reports online. It also provides for online royalty payments.

Safety Regulation System (SRS)

The Safety Regulation System (SRS) is a corporate business system that aims to provide an integrated and efficient management environment for: Notifications, Approvals, Auditing, Compliance and Registrations.

TENGRAPH Online

TENGRAPH Online displays the position and status of mining tenements and petroleum titles in Western Australia in relation to other land tenure. You can also display details such as tenement ownership. New users must download CITRIX software
