The Department of Mines and Petroleum provides a single-access account for many of our Online Systems.

The role of the IT Service Desk is to provide a single point of contact for support services to all users of the Department of Mines and Petroleum computing services.
Help for Windows 7 and Vista Users
Windows 7 and Vista’s default security model uses a Secure Socket Layer Protocol which, if unaltered, causes a very slow response to resolving the log on page for Mineral Titles Online (MTOL) and Tengraph Online (TGOL).

Access to TENGRAPH On-line and WAMEX requires the installation of client software from CITRIX Systems Inc.
