Public comment period NOW open
Stakeholders are invited to make written submissions on the exposure drafts of the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources (Environment) Regulations 2011 and the Petroleum (Submerged Lands)(Environment) Regulations 2011. Comment is also welcomed for the Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP) Guidelines For The Preparation and Submission of an Environment Plan.
To allow sufficient opportunity to make a submission, the standard public comment period of 30 days has been extended – with submissions welcomed electronically or by post before 5pm Wednesday 29 February 2012.
