Please note that from the 31st May 2012 the Department of Mines and Petroleum will no longer accept hard copy Programme of Work Exploration (PoW-E) Applications. If a POW-E application is submitted in hard copy format after this date it will be automatically rejected.
These changes do not apply to Programme of Works Prospecting (PoW-P) or Mining Proposals at this time.
This means that Programme of Works Prospecting (PoW-P) can continue to be lodged in hard copy format after 31st May 2012.
