MTO provides the ability for users to submit documents online in support of the following online transactions:
- Application for a Mining Tenement
- Exemption from Expenditure
- Dealings (Caveat, Transfer, Application to Amend, etc.)
- Extension of Term/Renewal
- Submission in support of an Application/Process lodged with the Department
- Document in support of a lodged Permit to Enter
- Document in support of a lodged Power of Attorney
- Document withdrawing an Application/Process lodged with the Department
- Document supporting an Operations Report Form 5
The supporting documents that can be submitted include the following:
- Affidavit
- Supporting Statement
- Statutory Declaration
- Form 21 Attachment 2
- Map
- Mineralisation Report
- Resource Report
- Request for inclusion of Iron Ore
- Form 32 - security in support of an application for mining tenement
This facility has been provided to allow users to submit supporting documentation online 24 hours a day 7 days a week (subject to system availability). This may be documents that have been requested by the department or are being lodged to support a previously lodged transaction.
To lodge supporting documents select the Lodge Supporting Documents option within the Online Transaction screen. To assist in this process users can follow the Inline Help detailed to the right of the screen.
