Refer to the following 'Use Notes' to best utilize the available search function.
Use Notes:
- All searches are case insensitive.
- If the exact Tenement ID is known, use Tenement ID criteria. Otherwise use Search across all fields which will cover both well formatted values and implied values.
- If only part of the Tenemetn ID is known, use Search across all fields. e.g. M20 or 20/31 or /31 or 08/.
- For any Court or Warden's name that does not appear in the Search across specific field(s) - Court or Warden Criteria dropdown choices, use 'Search across all fields' instead.
- Searching for wildcard is possible in the following text fields: Search across specific field(s) - Party, Decision No, Section Reg No and Summary Search across all fields.
Note: Searches using Google and the Department's Website will no longer be able to enquire against the Warden's Court Document Library (Archived Warden's Court Decisions).
