Additional Comments

In this box you are able to provide any additional comments which you feel are relevant to your application, but have not been covered by the existing questions. This section can be especially useful if you would like to provide information on any additional stakeholder consultation or environmental surveys (beyond what is asked about in the land use and referrals and environment sections) that you have undertaken in the area prior to your PoW submission. If you would like to provide further background information to your proposed works, that information can also be provided in this section.

Additional Attachments

This section gives you the ability to upload any supporting documents which you feel are relevant to your application. This could include flora and fauna surveys, stakeholder consultation, environmental management plans or any other relevant government approvals. To upload a file hit the ‘select files’ button and navigate to the required file. A green line under the file name will indicate that the file has been uploaded successfully. To delete a file which has been uploaded, select the cross icon to the right of the file name.

Attachment Summary

This table provides a list of all the files that have been uploaded throughout the application and are attached to certain questions (i.e. a dieback management plan in response to the dieback question).
