What is shown under the History tab?
This screen displays the approval at different stages of the submission at that point in time.
For instance, a summary view of the approval is recorded at the time it is first submitted. If that approval is returned with a 'Request For Information' then the form will need to be resubmitted and a second summary view will be recorded at that time.
Can I view the information of the approval at a particular point in time?
Double click the 
icon to open the summary view of the approval at that point in time.
