Health Management Plans Summary - (External)
On the summary page, under the tab Health Management Plans users with relevant security roles will find information on current plans and submissions.
Management Plans are also available under the Submissions subsystem.
Click 'New' to lodge a Health Management Plan. Users will require relevant security roles.
The grid displays 'acknowledged' Managment Plans denoted by the Reference ID HHMP-000151. Management Plans can exist in the following status:
- Active - The Plan; active for five (5) years.
- Expired - The plan is no longer in place after its 5 year period ends.
- Revision Requested - The Department requests a revision to an active plan.
- Revision Submitted - The existing plan is revised by the mine or exploration operation.
- Suspended - Following an assessment, the plan is no longer applicable.
The 'Submissions' grid displays Health Management Plan Submissions for new, revisions and annual reviews. Submissions are denoted by a suffix - E.g. - N01; R01;A01.
Submissions can exist in the following status:
- Incomplete - submissions started by the mine operation / exploration company, not lodged to the Department.
- Under Assessment - submissions (New, Revision or Annual Reviews) currently being assessed by the Department.
- On Hold - submissions which have been placed on hold following a request by the mine site / exploration operation.
- Pending - The assessing officer awaits further information from the mine site / exploration operation.
- Pending–Awaiting Proponent (Re-submission Required) - the submission is returned by the assessing officer for a number of items that require attention.
- Acknowledged - Following an internal assessment the plan is accepted and becomes 'The Plan'.
- Declined - Following an internal assessment the plan is not accepted.
- Withdrawn - The submission has been withdrawn after lodgement to the Department, as it is no longer applicable.
