The Notices and Actions tab on the Compliance summary page displays Improvement and Prohibition Notices. 
Other Matters for Action and Defects created during an audit or inspection are also listed. 

External security roles apply.  Contact the SRS Company Administrator at your mine site or exploration company.

'My Tasks’ displays tasks where action is required to be undertaken.  See also Tasks.

The 'Related To' column provides information on the site visit record reference ID.
