Publication Search - (External)
You can look up publications such as safety bulletins, significant incident reports, fatality summaries and summary for industry awareness from the Safety Regulation System (SRS) Homepage and search by clicking on the links. These bulletins provide information on incidents that occurred at a mine/exploration site. It also promotes best practice in safety bulletins based on safety trends that occur in the industry.
From the SRS homepage, click on search and select the required link under publications or
scroll to bottom of the page, under search public information and click on the relevant link.
This opens the search console for the publication.
Safety Bulletin and Significant Incident Report
Select publication type from the drop down list.
Select Key words by selecting from the list, add multiple words if required. Choose match any or match all.
Enter number if known or Reference ID (optional.)
Click search and the Results grid will populate the information.
If you wish to change the search criteria click 'clear' and start your search again.

Fatality summaries
Select Incident date from the options available in the drop down list.
Select Key words by selecting from the list, add multiple words if required. Choose match any or match all.
Enter the Reference ID (optional.)
Click search and the Results grid will populate the information.
If you wish to change the search criteria click 'clear' and start your search again.
Summary For Industry Awareness
Select Incident Date.
Select Incident Type to search under, add multiple types by holding the control key on the keyboard while clicking on the type required.
Enter the Reference ID if known (optional).
Click search and the Results grid will populate the information.
If you wish to change the search criteria click 'clear' and start your search again.
