Overview

This screen displays the Licence type, the date the application was submitted and the status of the current DG Driver Licence

Application

This screen displays the sections relating to the application.

To expand and collapse all the sections at once, select the Expand and Collapse All button.

To expand or collapse individual sections, please use the up arrow or the down arrow.

You will be able to print the completed application by selecting the Print button.

Submission

This screen displays the submitted applications. To view select the Expand / Collapse All button.

Related Communications

This screen contains a list of all communications.

To submit a query to the Department please select the New Industry Query button.

Related Items

This screen displays any items related to the dangerous goods driver licence application.

To view the details click the open folder  icon.

History 

This screen displays the history of the application and licence.
