DG - Related Communication (External)

In this section external users can send and receive queries and submit information relating to the issued notice.

The grid will display all completed including those saved as draft. Click the column headers to sort order the items or use the keyword (in the title) search to display communication with the keyword in the title of the communication.

To send a query, select 'New Industry Query' and complete the title and details before submitting. To send 'New Information', follow the same steps.

The difference between a 'query' and 'information' is that a query will require a response from the recipient.  It creates a task.

 What is an 'owner' task?

This is where the user creates a Related Communication 'Query' and as the initiator of the communication, becomes the owner of the task.
