This step enables you to tick the declaration and submit the notification.
The Submit button will not be available until the declaration is ticked.
Your submission is acknowledged.
An acknowledgement alert is available on the SRS Homepage to all users with relevant security roles.
The SHRep is sent a notification in SRS (see FAQs).
