Reporting Details - (External)
This page shows you how to enter details in the Reporting Details step.
Enter company details.
Select site / operation listed by default. Where there is more than one mine site operation (SG), select the site / operation from the dropdown. These SGs will be available based on the security roles of the logged in user.
Click Add. This adds the site operation to the grid. For notifying Safety and Health Representatives (SHReps) to more than one mine site operation, click add for each selected site.
The form completed by will auto-populate based on the user login.
Click Next.
