Related Item - (External)
The related item tab in an injury notification is a READ only and shows relevant NIRF notification (OC) or IRF notifications.
The IRF tab shows the relationship with the notifiable incident. This notifiable incident notification has the details of the injured person linked to it.
The related item tab in an injury notification shows a recurrence injury. For instance, if the injury currently being reported is a 'Recurrence of an injury' then the details of the previous (initial) injury notification will be listed on this screen once it has been QA'd by the internal Department staff.
Where the injury is a standalone (submitted on its own) the related item tab will be blank.
