This step flags any errors prior to submission.   You will need to resolve any errors that are listed in red in order to submit.   Warnings appearing in blue text will not hinder the submission of the notification.

From 31/3/22, you are able to submit the Injury Report Form (IRF) to the the Department, 1 day following the submission of the Notifiable Incident Report Form (NIRF) with the associated injury.

The submit will not be available until all errors in red have been resolved.
