Step 5.2 Commitments

This step refers to commitments made in documents made under the Mining Act 1978 (eg Notices of Intent, Mining Proposals, EMPs etc).

For example, if a commitment made in a Mining Proposal has not been met, the User would show non-compliance of the tenement condition in Step 5.1 regarding the Mining Proposal then provide details of the commitments not met in this section.

To report on commitments, use the [Add Commitment] button.

To add a commitment, you are required to complete all fields and assign the commitment to one of the tenements from the list.

Select [Save] when completed.

If there are more commitments to add, repeat the above steps.
