The Company Administrator is responsible for managing and authorising who can view and lodge applications; this involves adding new users and granting them the appropriate level of access; reviewing users and revoking access for users who no longer work for the company.
This change to the EARS online Systems includes the capability for all users, including consultants to have only one DMP account. The consultants will need to contact the Company’s Administrator to receive this access, and this procedure will now give consultants the option to be able to view more than one company.
The Company Administrator is required to update their company records on a regular basis as per the Department’s audit requirements.
