Step 4 Levy Details (MRF)

Step 4 is used to capture the various details required for assessing the MRF.  This includes:                     

  1. The ability to update the supplied email addresses used for emailing of Assessment Notices.
  2. A summary of the supplied Assessment Information and of the estimated levy payable.
  3. The ability to record or updated the Nominated Party to receive the original copy of the Notices.

Entering Levy Details


 

Updating Email Address Details


At least one email address is required. 

The supplied email address(es) are used for:

  1. MRF contact purposes e.g. reminders and general questions and
  2. when notifying parties of the outcome of the Assessment i.e. no monies are owed or to send a Request to Pay / Assessment Notice.

 

To edit the primary email address:

  1. Add the new address using [Add New].
  2. Change the new email address to be the primary email address.
  3. Delete the old primary email address.

Setting the Nominated Party


The Nominated Party details can be found under the 'Tenement Holder Groupings' at the bottom of the step.  As part of this area, the tenement holder may also indicate that they do not wish to receive a copy of the Assessment Notice.

All tenement holders remain jointly and severally liable for reporting and paying the MRF.

Click [Change] to add or update the Nominated Party.

 

To specify a Nominated Party who is not a Tenement Holder, click 'Other' in the table and enter the Name and Email.  Only one email address may be supplied.
