Step 6 contains guidance text which is to be read. There are also a number of checkboxes which all need to be checked and confirmed before the MRF is submitted.
The declaration also requires the name of the person finalising the submission. Do not supply the name of the company.
When completing the Declaration, please indicate if you are either:
- Tenement Holder - you own or are directly employed for a company who owns the tenements listed in the MRF or
- Other - you are a tenement management company, an agent or some other third party e.g. family member, friend or collegue of the tenement holder.
