Renewing accreditation as a dangerous goods consultant

Renewing accreditation

Accreditation as a dangerous goods consultant has effect for three years.

An accreditation renewal package will be sent to the accredited consultant eight weeks prior to the expiry date of the approval. The accreditation status of the consultant remains valid while the renewal application is being processed.

Subject to satisfactory performance, the accreditation will continue.

Further information: Accreditation will be cancelled if a consultant does not apply for renewal of accreditation prior to the expiry date. The consultant may reapply for accreditation at a later date but will be assessed as a new applicant and the full accreditation requirements will apply.

The completed application must be signed by the accredited consultant and lodged with supporting documentation, which is the original or the original certified document (where a copy is requested this does not apply).
