Both the Petroleum Pipelines Act 1969 (PPA69) and Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 (PSLA82) legislation require any application for a new Pipeline Licence, together with a map and any application to vary an existing Pipeline Licence, to be published for comment for a specified period of time. The following are new applications for petroleum Pipeline Licence applications and variations that will be displayed on this page for a prescribed period of time.
