The Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety advertises clearing permit applications received and decisions made, each week.  Clearing permit applications received are available for public submissions and/or registrations of interest.  Clearing Permit decisions made are available for public appeal.

Submissions or Appeals are to be made within the time period specified in the advertisement.
