In the latest edition of RER eNews, the Petroleum Legislation Amendment Act 2024 was passed in State Parliament and work has started on drafting the supporting regulations.
The department is utilising opportunities to learn from others, locally and internationally, and increase their carbon capture, utilisation and storage knowledge to inform WA’s legislative framework.
