The latest edition of the GSWA eNewsletter is now available.
In this issue, we highlight the State Government’s decision to extend the popular Exploration Incentive Scheme at $10 million per year. The flagship Co-funded Exploration Drilling program will continue with an allocation of $5 million per year, and the remaining $5 million is set to deliver four strategically aligned exploration programs.
The eNewsletter also summarises the status of the department’s regional aerogravity surveys, and the forthcoming Kidson Sub-basin deep crustal seismic reflection survey. The geology of the Kidson Sub-basin is one of the least scientifically understood in onshore Australia.
The current issue provides information on GSWA’s latest releases, which includes links to a range of reports, records, maps and data packages.
