Survey to capture stakeholder experience with new DMP website.

The Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP) launched its new website in November last year, following considerable research and user testing.
The department is now conducting a survey to better understand how well the new website is meeting stakeholders’ expectations and business requirements.
DMP will use the survey results to track user satisfaction and make adjustments to the website to further improve the experience of users.
The survey is also an opportunity to provide suggestions on how the department can improve its website.
Individual responses remain anonymous and the department will only report against aggregated findings.
