Safety Regulation System (SRS)
What is SRS?
SRS allows users to lodge documents and data with the Department electronically. This includes approvals, compliance, notifications, health and hygiene sampling information, levy assessment and licence and certification management. Some functions also enable customers to monitor the progress of their submissions and to upgrade and manage their licence details online.
To raise industry awareness of safety issues, mines safety bulletins, significant incident reports, and mining incident and fatality summaries are available to download
Registering for SRS
Before you can access SRS, you must register to use the system. Once this is done, you will receive a department account number which you will then use to access SRS.
Dangerous goods - personal licences
Examples include dangerous goods driver, explosives driver and shotfiring licence.
If you have an existing SRS Ex account, Log on to SRS.
Enter your Ex-Account number and password and follow online instructions to complete your application.
If you are a new user go to SRS new user.
Register for an ex-Account number.

Managing your account
For holders of dangerous goods licences and/or security cards, to change your personal details (change of name, change of address) log into SRS and make the change in My Profile / My Personal Details. All changes will flow through to other licences or security cards held.
